We, the Vientiane Public Speaking Club (VEBS) Organizers, would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, express our passion and intention and eventually receive your positive response in creating our idea into reality.

Our Goals:

The Vientiane English Public Speaking (VEPS) club was formed to foster self confidence and promote interests in public speaking. The aim is to provide opportunities for Lao people to improve their public speaking ability. The hope is that, through this active outreach, we will recognise and identify the best speakers in our community. Our passions in public speaking will be expressed to encourage all to speak up! Our Objectives:

VEPS club is organising our first annual speech contest. The objective is exactly to promote interests in public speaking. In recent days, public speaking has never been more important and crucial in work life. As more and more people are able and would like to express themselves in public, this contest will provide the forum and encouragement for them to do so.

This is a unique event that will bring recreational opportunities to Vientiane city. You are most welcome to be part of the organisers or to participate in this event.
